We got an email last night from Chris at the University of the Arts. He had dropped his 2.33 Ghz Macbook Pro off of the bed in his Center City apartment. He slowly opened the screen and realized that the lower right corner had cracked. Because he had seen our flyers on the University of the Arts campus many times, the first thing that popped into his head was “Don’t pay over $800 to get your Macbook screen fixed!” and he started to freak out. Luckily, he regained his composure and ran to campus to find one of our flyers.
He emailed us, we emailed him back when we were available, and met him the next day. His Macbook Pro was repaired in 30 minutes and he was really glad he didn’t have to pay $800!

We received a call last night from Victoria at the University of the Arts. She almost laughingly told us that she “has a cracked Mac”. She told us that she goes to the University of the Arts and she has the school-issued 2.5 Ghz Macbook Pro. Her life is on her computer, and she needed it fixed as soon as possible. Apparently she dropped it down the stairs…not a good idea.
A member of our Repair Team met her near campus at the Starbucks on Broad and Pine and repaired her computer in about 30 minutes. Needless to say, Victoria was relieved.
