Nathan, a graduation senior at UCSD, gave us a ring during final exam week. His Macbook laptop screen had taken a beating after being the victim of a terrible fall. While hard at work, his laptop was closed and resting close to the edge of the table his was studying on. Being extremely focused on his work he forgot about the computer lying right next to him. With a slight turn of the shoulder followed by a quick jab of the elbow, Nathan’s Macbook was on the floor. When he opened it open he was sadden to see that his white 13″ Macbook screen was shattered.
He quickly went on to one of his friend’s computers to see if he could find a service that would be able to fix his computer screen ASAP. Fortunately, Nathan found us in no time. He called us at 2 in the afternoon asking if we’d be able to repair his screen later that night. We already had a few repairs scheduled but we were able to meet him on the UCSD campus at roughly 10 PM. We repaired his laptop screen and Nathan was able to get to work. Good luck with your exams, Nathan! If you or any of your friends ever run into trouble with you laptop screens, you know who to call.

We got a call from Soh earlier this afternoon. She had been walking around with a shattered screen for several weeks when she noticed one of our fliers on the UCSD campus. Minutes later we were on the phone setting up a time and place to meet to repair her cracked Macbook.
Geisel Library has been a common meeting location for many of the students at UCSD who have unfortunately broken their screens. Soh said this would be a fine place to meet since she would be able to get some work done while waiting. We met there and took a look at her computer. It was an amazing sight – she had Hello Kitty stickers covering all of the keys. Quite impressive, actually. She expressed concern that she would have to lose some of these stickers because of the repair. We ensured her that it wouldn’t be necessary to remove any of her collection. Within forty-five minutes we had her Macbook screen back in working order without any of the cats harmed or tampered with.

Susie gave us a call today. She just got a puppy, and loves him to death. Everything was going great until he hopped up onto her lap and knocked her Macbook off her lap and onto the floor. She was mad initially but couldn’t stay mad at her adorable pup.
She thought her life was over when she found out how much the repair would be. But her life greatly improved when she saw one of our flyers on campus. She gave us a call and we scheduled the repair for later today. We met her at Geisel Library on the campus of UCSD. Her Macbook was repaired in 20 minutes.

Andrew, a UCSD sophomore, called us this weekend saying that he had a mishap with his newly acquired Macbook. Apparently, a textbook had mysteriously taken flight and quickly zeroed in on his Macbook. He denied to comment on this phenomenon, but mentioned a small argument with his roommate may have occurred shortly before. We arranged a time to meet outside of Geisel Library on Monday evening, and in less than an hour Andrew walked away with his Macbook repaired.
