Our Ship-In Program now only takes two days total from start to finish…

George emailed us from the Windy City where he needed to get his Macbook’s broken lcd fixed as soon as possible. We informed him that our Ship-In Program has slightly changed. Instead of shipping George a laptop box, we emailed George an overnight label and he took the computer to FedEx himself. He bought a $10 laptop box (which we deducted from the price of the repair). This way, the whole process only takes 2 days as opposed to 3.

George sent us his Macbook on Wednesday, we received it Thursday, and he had it back to him on Friday. Quick, easy, painless.

Little bits of glass falling out of your screen are never a good sign…

Ben called up the Ship-In Program line on Monday night about the incredibly cracked glass on his 2.53 Ghz 15-inch Macbook Pro Unibody. He had no idea how it ended up as broken as it was, but he needed it fixed (obviously!). He wanted to do the Ship-In Program, and we set it up.

He was overnighted a box on Tuesday, he received it on Wednesday and overnighted it back to us, we received it on Thursday, and he had it back on Friday. Did we mention that the three-way overnight shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight is free?

Sunday morning LCD cracked, Sunday evening LCD fixed

Jenny gave us a call earlier today saying that a cell phone was the culprit in this case. She was reluctant to go into too much detail, but she was able to tell us that her laptop’s LCD screen had cracked due to a flying phone. We are a very understanding bunch here at CrackedMacScreen.com and know there are a million different ways to break a computer screen, we told Jenny it’d be no problem to get it fixed for her. She asked when was the earliest possible time we could meet and we told her we had some availability later than evening.

We headed up to her residence in Oceanside and had her 13″ white Macbook screen repaired in no time. She was quite pleased with our convenient and affordable service and was looking forward to telling all of her friends about us. Glad we could help.

“CrackedMacScreen? I’ve got a cracked Mac screen!”…

Christine called us up on Wednesday about her daughter’s 13-inch Macbook (apparently a lot of daughters these days are cracking their screens!). Christine lived in Connecticut, so wanted to do the Ship-In Program. We explained that we would overnight her a laptop box, she would overnight the laptop box back to us, we would perform the repair, and overnight the Macbook back to her. Three-way overnight shipping is included in the $299 price.

Christine thought that it sounded wonderful, so we started the process. She received the laptop box yesterday, placed the Macbook inside with a check made out for $299, and dropped off the box at FedEx. We received her computer today, fixed it in about an hour, and overnighted it back to her. Christine thought the process was “really painless”. So did we Christine, so did we.

Don’t worry, we refer to our Mac as our “baby” too…

While walking the rainy streets of New York City, waiting for Marian’s repair, we got a call from Shannon in Houston, Texas. The screen on her 15-inch 2.5ghz Macbook Pro had a “huge” crack in it, and this was totally not ok with Shannon. She found us after doing a Bing search, and saw our “Ship-In Program”, which provides FREE three-way shipping.

We overnighted her a laptop box (while still in NYC), which she received on Tuesday. She overnighted her Macbook Pro back to us using the prepaid label included inside, and we received it on Wednesday. Her computer was back in her hands on Thursday. Needless to say, her “baby” was back to normal.
