We got a call about a month ago from Kate. She had seen our ad at the King of Prussia Mall (in front of the Verizon store, at the exit/entrance of the Plaza) and had some questions. She had just taken her Macbook to the Store and couldn’t afford to get it fixed through them. We told her that for her 13-inch Macbook, it would be $299 for the repair. She really liked the price but didn’t know if her parents just wanted to get her a new computer or not (I wish I had parents like her!)
She called us back and told us that she got a new computer, but wanted to get the old one fixed anyway to give to her dad for Christmas (hopefully he doesn’t read this blog!). She called us a month later (after getting paid) and wanted to get the repair done. We met her 45 minutes later in the library at Saint Joseph’s University and her Christmas present was ready to go in 25 minutes.

We got a call from Matt P. from Saint Joseph’s University last week. He had seen our flyer on Saint Joseph University’s campus and he wanted to know how much it would be to repair the screen on his white 13-inch Macbook. We explained the service and told him it would be $299. He was incredibly happy about the price but also about our warranty that protects against repeat breakage (If you break your Macbook again, it’s $100 to fix). He had stepped on his Macbook while it was in his backpack, so there’s a pretty good chance he might do it again.
We scheduled a repair for later that week, but he had to go home for his Fall break. We rescheduled for today.
A member of our repair team met him at his apartment on Saint Joe’s campus, did the repair in 30 minutes, and he was good to go!

We got a call from a very friendly dad today. His daughter is a sophomore at Saint Joseph’s University and had dropped her Macbook last night, shattering her screen. To make matters worse, she had an important paper that she was writing that she couldn’t access because her computer was unusable.
After coordinating schedules, we met Erin at her dorm on 54th and City Ave 45 minutes later and saw her Macbook for the first time. It was definitely the most damaged that we’ve ever seen. She had an actual impression on the front of the screen, as if someone hit a baseball into it.
Within 30 minutes we replaced her obliterated screen, and she was back on the computer finishing her paper once we were done. In Erin’s words “This was just so convenient! You really are a lifesaver.”

Dana from Saint Joseph’s University called us a few weeks ago about getting a quote for a 13-inch black Macbook. A member of our Support Team explained our pricing, our warranty, our guarantee, and our same-day service. Dana was very interested, but needed to check it out first with her parents.
Her father called up our toll-free 888 number to make sure that our service is exactly what his daughter had described. We explained for him our pricing, our warranty, our guarantee, and our same-day service. He was also very interested, but needed to coordinate his daughter’s hectic schedule with a member of our Repair Team. We told him that any time his daughter is free, we will make it work for us.
The repair was scheduled, we replaced her broken screen in about 40 minutes, and both her and her father were extremely pleased.
