Shaine emailed last night, explaining that she has been putting up with a “blue ink” problem on her black 13-inch Macbook. She cracked it about a year ago and was using it because the damage wasn’t that bad. But lately it has gotten a lot worse and one of her friends told her about us. She’s going back to school in a few weeks, and she desperately needs her Macbook to be fixed because she is writing a lot of papers these days. In fact, she just switched her major from Computer Science to Literature, so having a 50% visible screen will definitely not cut it.
We met up at the Starbucks on Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill and a half an hour later her Macbook was back in action. Ready to write papers. Too bad they don’t write themselves…

William called us this morning from South Philly. He dropped his iPhone 3GS last night and shattered the glass. He’s on vacation from his job at Wawa, so saw an opportunity to get it fixed right away. He met us at our local repair facility (my office in my apartment), dropped off his iPhone and went and got lunch. He didn’t have to drop it off, we would have done it in front of him, but he wanted to get lunch!
He came back a half an hour later and his iPhone 3GS was good to go!

Amanda lives and works in Korea, but was home for a week in Philadelphia to move out of her old apartment. She had broken the screen on her 13-inch white Macbook while she was in Korea but couldn’t find a dependable place to get it repaired. She had actually left it at a repair facility for a whole month but they said that they couldn’t fix it. She knew that she would be home this particular week, so she looked us up online and we exchanged a few emails.
We met her at her freshly cleaned out apartment and had her Macbook repaired in about 30 minutes. Take THAT Korea!

Stephen had been horsing around with his friends before one of the Phillies games when he accidentally closed the screen of his Macbook Pro Unibody on his friend’s hand. It didn’t crack the glass, but it somehow punctured the LCD. Stephen found out that it would be around $1,100 to replace the whole display assembly at the Apple Store, so he hopped onto Google and after a quick search for Macbook Unibody LCD Replacement Philadelphia, he found us.
We came to his apartment in Media the next day, and after about an hour or so, his LCD was replaced and he was back in action. Safe to say that he won’t be letting his friends around his computer any more.

Caleb called us from Livingston, NJ about his 15-inch Macbook Pro Unibody with broken glass. Caleb, dj name The Governor DJ OK, had a big event that he had to DJ tomorrow, and he didn’t have time to wait for his Macbook Pro to be fixed. He told us that he called up a certain door-to-door repair service out of NYC and the owner of the company refused to negotiate with him. Caleb said that the owner told him that he had to leave his computer there for 24 hours, and Caleb said that he couldn’t leave it for that long. The owner of this company said “Well, looks like I can’t help you” and hungup the phone.
No matter what happens, the Repair Techs at CrackedMacScreen.com will never hang up on you. We are here to find out the fastest and best way to repair your computer.
Caleb was in such a rush, in fact, that he offered to drive to Philadelphia to get his repair done. Two hours later, he was at our doorstep and his 15-inch Macbook Pro was fixed in about an hour.
