Arlene’s daughter is a senior in college and has made it all four years with her trusty 2.4ghz Macbook Pro. She wants a new computer, and got one when she shut her Macbook Pro’s screen on the right earbud of some Apple headphones. Her mom, though, wanted to give the Macbook Pro to her younger daughter to use during college as well, so she wanted it to get fixed. Luckily for Arlene, we do local repairs in New Jersey as well.
We met her at her home in Voorhees and had her daughter’s Macbook Pro fixed in about 30 minutes.

Eric’s son punched his Macbook Pro with a pen in his hand, and obviously, the Macbook Pro didn’t survive the fight with the little guy. Eric took it to the Apple Store in Midtown, and they told him it was going to be $1,500 for the replacement screen, which Eric couldn’t afford and frankly didn’t want to pay. He put the computer in a closet, and started using an aging Dell desktop. A few months ago, he decided to get it fixed, and found us on Google. I believe he typed in something like “New Jersey Macbook Pro screen repair” or “Macbook LCD repair New Jersey” or maybe it had something to do with “Macbook Pro screen repair New York”. Either way, he found us and emailed us.
We told him it would be an additional $75 to drive up to Highlands from Philadelphia, which he thought was amazing considering he would be saving about $1100 vs. going to Apple.
We met him at his house in Highlands, which is on the market to be sold. In fact, the Realtor came over just as we finished the repair. His house will definitely sell quicker now that the Macbook Pro can be on display in their office, we just know it.

Ashley sent us an email last week about the shattered LCD screen on her white 13-inch Macbook. She is a sophomore at Rowan University, and found us both on MyBiggestComplaint.com and through a Google search of “New Jersey Macbook Repair”. We agreed to meet her at her apartment on Rowan’s campus. However, Ashley didn’t know her address, just a couple buildings nearby.
Luckily, we found her apartment, and 30 minutes later her Macbook was back in working order!

We received an email from Spencer in Princeton, New Jersey. He had found our site on Google, and was wondering how much it would be for one of the members of our Repair Team to come to Princeton for the repair, since it’s outside of our free service area. We told Spencer that it would be an additional $10 for gas, so he told his mom and they scheduled a repair for the next day.
We came to find out that this is the second time Spencer has broken his Macbook. The first time, someone kicked a soccer ball that ricocheted off the wall and hit the back of the screen. They ended up sending out his computer and we happy with the result, but with finals coming up, Spencer needed his Macbook fixed FAST.
We drove up to Princeton while Spencer was in school, repaired his black Macbook while having a wonderful conversation with his mom, and he came home to a good-as-new Macbook. Now let’s hope his finals are that easy.

We got a call from Sean, who actually lives about 2 hours away in Franklin Lakes, NJ yesterday. He told us that he had a Macbook Pro with a broken screen that desperately needed to be fixed. Apparently, someone shut the computer’s screen while the tip of the Magsafe charger was between the screen and the keyboard. Word to the wise: never do that!
We told him that on top of the normal $399 price for his model Macbook Pro, that the repair would also be $50 more expensive because he is outside the service area. He opted to drive within our service area, and a member of our Repair Team met him at a Starbucks in Cherry Hill, NJ today.
Within 25 minutes of his arrival, his Macbook Pro’s cracked screen was fixed, and his computer looked brand new.
