Nakisha, who was the victim of a cracked LCD screen just one week after buying her Macbook, had been using her computer with only being able to see half of the screen. She was reluctant to have it replaced so soon after buying it – especially with how expensive Mac computer can be. With little interest in paying so much to have her screen replaced, it wasn’t until she stumbled across our service did she really consider having it repaired. Before finding us, she thought it cost upwards in the $800-900 range. Fortunately there is a LCD replacement service out there in the LA area that fixes broken Mac screens for a 1/3 of the cost.
Nakisha gave us a call and schedule an appointment with us the following week. Our West coast office is based out of San Diego and we travel up to the LA area once or twice a week depending on how many appointments we have. We met Nakisha at the Torrance City Public Library and replaced the LCD screen on her white Macbook Unibody computer in less than an hour. Berto gave us a ring today saying that his girlfriend had shattered her Macbook screen. The computer was working fine but the screen was so damaged that they could barely make out the images on the desktop. Together, they went on to his computer and started searching for alternatives to having Apple repair the screen for them – they knew that route would cost them a fortune. Luckily for Berto and his girlfriend they found a service that offered same-day service and would come to them to repair the broken Macbook screen. Los Angeles has many companies that can do this but they felt real comfortable with our easy to navigate website and super friendly customer service (that’s me!).
The called us and were able to schedule an appointment with us the very next day. We arrived at Berto’s house and had his girlfriend’s screen fixed in less than 40 minutes. We mentioned to him that if he had any friends or family members that had broken laptop screens, cracked iPhone screens, or any Mac product that has a screen we would be very happy if he would recommended us to them. Annie gave us a call a couple days saying she broke the screen on her laptop and needed a LCD replacement in Santa Monica. On the West Coast our office is based out of San Diego. We explained to her that we would be in the Los Angeles area the following day and would be happy to repair the screen on her 15″ Macbook Pro. She was calling us from New York and told us she wouldn’t be back to LA until the following day so it would be no problem to meet her then. Unfortunately for Annie, she dropped her Macbook in the security line at the airport. The drop had caused the screen to crack and she was not a happy camper.
Once in Santa Monica, we arrived at her home and began working on her laptop at her kitchen table. In less than an hour we had her Macbook Pro up and running again. She was super excited to be able to work on her computer and see everything was OK. She told us she’d be recommending us to all of her friends and family. Dan was not a happy camper. We was napping at his mother’s house with his Macbook Pro resting on the arm of the couch. You can probably figure out what happened next. Unfortunately for Dan, he woke up to the crashing sound of his Mac Pro hitting the ground. When he picked it up and looked at it, he was not too thrilled with what he saw – a cracked LCD screen. The computer was fine but the right side of the laptop screen was not looking good. Knowing he would have to pay Apple a fortune to get it fixed, he decided to look elsewhere for a repair.
Fortunately for us, he did several Internet searches for things like “LCD monitor repair,” “cracked LCD repair,” “Macintosh repair,” “broken laptop screen fix.” It wasn’t until he included Los Angeles and Santa Monica did he find our Mac screen repair service. A quick glance at our site and a phone call later, he was able to schedule an appointment with us at a Panera Bread in Santa Monica, right off the 405. In less than an hour we had Dan on his way with a brand new looking Mac Pro screen. We all can learn from Dan in that when we’re snoozing, it’s best to keep our laptops close and far, far away from arm rests.

Neil gave us a call a couple of days ago. A law student in Pasadena, he recently cracked his Macbook screen while packing up his belongings after a long study session. Already knowing the high cost of taking a broken LCD screen to Apple, he decided to look online for another alternative. There were many services in the LA area but he was having a difficult time finding one that would come out to him in Pasadena and not take away from his busy schedule. Fortunately, he found us and quickly gave us a ring. We explained that we have an office based out of San Diego but do make it up to LA once or twice a week. Delighted, he schedule an appointment for the next Friday.
We met Neil at the study center he attended during the day and repaired his laptop LCD screen right there in front of him. He mentioned that he was going try it himself but was quite intimidated by all the steps it took. Once we had his screen replaced and back in working order, he was thankful that he didn’t have to do it himself. Happy with our service, Neil said he was looking forward to passing along our Mac repair service to anyone and everyone he knows owns a Mac in Los Angeles.
