We got a call from Sarah today in Harrisburg, PA. She had broken the screen on her black Macbook this weekend, and needed it fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, though, she works and lives in Harrisburg, which is outside of our service area. She told us that she is moving to New Jersey this summer, but can’t wait that long for her repair.
We did some research on Google Maps, and saw that a town called Elverson is on the very edge of our service area, so we made the drive and met her at a Dunkin Donuts. 30 minutes later, her Macbook was fixed and she was super happy!

While repairing Karin’s Macbook, we received a call from Leslie in Harrisburg, PA who had a 15-inch 2.2 Ghz Macbook Pro that has been broken for a couple of months. Her daughters (who go to college in Philadelphia) told her about us, and she gave us a call. We explained that Harrisburg is outside of our service area, so the repair would be an additional $50 for gas, tolls, and time. She was up for the repair, so we agreed to meet later today.
40 minutes after meeting her at Starbucks, her Macbook Pro was as good as new and she couldn’t have been happier. Another job well done for CrackedMacScreen.com!
