Joel called us up on Tuesday in a panic. He needed to have his 13-inch white Macbook’s screen fixed as soon as possible, but he is a student and doesn’t have a car. He found our “Ship-In Program” on the site and knew that this was his best option. He had shopped around online, checking out other services, but loved the free three-way overnight shipping and the fact that if he breaks his screen again, we’ll fix it for only $100.
So he called us up, we took down his information (address, phone number, email address), then overnighted him a laptop box, which he received on Wednesday. He filled out the included work order, stuck the included overnight label on the box, and dropped it off at FedEx. We received it on Thursday, did the repair, emailed him some before and after photos, and then he paid via PayPal. We overnighted his Macbook back to him, and he had it in his hands on Friday at 10:30am.

So goes the words of Tommy, a lifelong resident of San Diego. Having just bought this lovely, new computer several weeks ago, it was a salad dressing bottle that would create a huge headache for Tommy. His Mac Pro was sitting closed on his kitchen counter when he reached up to one of the shelves above for the dressing. He got the one he need but knocked over the other one. Within seconds it was headed down in the direction of his laptop. Usually we get calls from people who have broken both the screen and the unibody glass of their Macbooks. This case was a bit unique in that only the LED screen had cracked. We met Tommy this next afternoon to pick up he laptop. We explained to him that the process takes a couple hours to do and it would be best if we just borrowed it for a little bit. A few hours later, we rang up Tommy to let him know that his Macbook Pro was repair and looking good. We dropped off his computer and sat around with him for a short while. He has one of the best views of San Diego this repair member has ever seen. This summer we’re looking forward to meeting back up with Tommy not to fix his Macbook, but for a some fishing right across the street. See you soon, Tommy!

James, from Chula Vista, was in need of a computer repair service in San Diego that could fix his laptop quickly and inexpensively. Fortunately, he was able to find us after a Internet search for Macbook repairs in San Diego. He gave us a call one afternoon and we were able to arrange a time to meet with him the very next day at his home in Chula Vista.
When we asked him about what happened to his Macbook, he said he wasn’t sure but his dog may have played a role in the large cracks found at the top of his Mac screen. After a short look, we were able to repair his laptop screen in around 30 minutes. We were delighted to get his screen up and running again, especially because of the picture James has on his desktop. We had a few laughs over his picture choice and left happy knowing we were able to get his computer screen repaired.

Michael gave us a call today about his black Macbook that had a cracked screen. He had broken it the night before, and knew that taking it to the Apple Store would cost him an arm and a leg. We scheduled his repair for later today, and when we met him at his house, he asked “Do you guys give discounts for multiple Macbooks?” We told him that we did, and knocked $50 off of the price of each repair.
His daughter had broken her screen months ago, and they had already bought her a new computer. But when Michael found us online, he figured a working computer is better than one with a broken screen!
We did both repairs back to back, and now they have more Macbooks in their house than they know what to do with.

While doing a search for posts on Twitter about cracked Macbook screens, we saw a tweet by a woman in Long Island who broke her husband’s Unibody Macbook Pro on Valentine’s Day. We @replied her, and her husband gave us a call the next day. Since they live in Long Island, we were going to overnight him a laptop box, have him overnight it back, do the repair, and overnight it back to him. Three-way overnight shipping would be free. This sounded good to John (the husband), but he decided to drive in to Philly for the day with his son and make a day of it.
He drove in today, dropped off his Unibody Macbook Pro, and went to King of Prussia Mall to buy his son a new toy. 2 hours later, we gave him a call and told him that his computer was fixed. He was absolutely thrilled. ‘It looks like it’s fresh from the Apple Store!”
