Colleen in Raleigh, North Carolina broke the screen on her white 13-inch Macbook last week, and desperately needed it repaired. Her boyfriend Jay shopped around for a fast, affordable Macbook repair service online, and found CrackedMacScreen.com. What helped us was that we had already @replied Colleen on Twitter (@Colleen84).
Jay called us up and we explained the service. He said he needed a day or two to think about it, and called us back on Friday at 4pm to start the Ship-In process. We overnighted Jay and Colleen a box, which they received Saturday morning. They used the included free overnight label to ship us back the box with the Macbook inside, which we received Monday morning. We repaired it same-day, and Colleen was back to normal by Tuesday morning.

Becca gave us a call after looking at a broken computer screen for nearly three months. Although the crack kind of look like a dark cloud that blended in well with her desktop’s background, Becca knew better and decided it was time to fix her cracked Mac screen. She heard about our service through a friend and also saw some of our cards at the local coffee shop she frequents. Becca called us one evening and we were able to meet with her the next afternoon in Pacific Beach. She explained that she wasn’t exactly sure how she broken her laptop, but she knew she wanted to have it repaired cheaply and locally.
We met Becca at the Purple Cafe on the corner of Grand and Cass. After briefly examining her broken laptop screen, we went right to work and had it done for her in roughly 30 minutes. Becca was ecstatic and was anxious to recommend our service to all of her friends. We told her about a discount we’ve been offering lately. Stan called us up tonight after cracking the screen on his white 13-inch Macbook. He told us that he was going to take it to the Apple Store, but after talking to his friend that goes to Temple University, his friend told him “Dude, don’t go to the Apple Store, call up CrackedMacScreen.com. They do repairs all over Philly. They are legit.” He then gave Stan our website and phone number, and obviously Stan called us up.
We met him at his apartment on South Broad about 45 minutes later, approximately 8:30pm on a Sunday night. While fighting off his two huge playful dogs, the screen was replaced and Stan was back in action in about 30 minutes. Talk about a lifesaver.

Asia called us up last night after breaking the screen on her 13-inch Macbook. She had seen our flyers on Temple’s campus, but didn’t have time to find one since it was 11:45pm when she called. So she Googled “Macbook screen repair Philadelphia” and “Temple Macbook repair”, and we popped up on both searches. We scheduled the repair for today at 11am.
We met up at the laptop lounge of the SAC, and her white Macbook’s LCD screen was replaced in about 30 minutes.

Blake finally decided it was time to get his Macbook fixed. A long, long time ago his little nephew left a toy truck on his laptop and closed the screen down on it. Before Blake could stop him, the damage had been done – a shattered Macbook screen 
Having lots of documents, music, pictures, and work-related material on his Macbook, Blake knew he would have to get it fixed someday. Before that day would come, however, he decided to give the ole’ external monitor a try. Sure enough he found himself looking at an old screen for what turned out to be around 10 months.
Not wanting to pay a fortune to get it fixed through Apple and not interested in sending it away for a week, Blake took a different route and began searching the Internet for a local computer repair service that could fix it in a jiff. He found us after an Apple repair service search for the San Diego area. He shot us an email, we chatted briefly on the phone, a member drove down to a local Starbucks in Chula Vista, one quick text message to get hooked up, 40 minutes later Blake had himself a brand new looking Macbook.
