Gary called us yesterday after learning about our Macbook computer repair service through a friend. After looking at the card his friend gave him and exploring our website, he got on the phone and gave us a ring. He was happy to find such a service that would fix his LCD on the cheap in addition to doing it locally. Once on the phone with him, we learned that Gary had his screen cracked for nearly six months. He refused to pay $800 for it to be repaired AND he hated the idea of sending it away for 4 or 5 days.
We set up an appointment for the following day at his home in Mission Valley. We were able to have his broken LCD screen repaired and back to normal within 45 minutes. Gary mentioned that he had several friends that also needed screen replacements but, like him, were sitting on their hands for the same reasons Gary had. “Is there any chance you could meet us today?” Yes, we can. Jenny called us this morning and said that she had accidentally dropped her Macbook. The fall had caused the LCD screen to crack and left Jenny without a computer to work on. Being in an industry that requires her to spend a lot of time in front of her computer, she needed to find a laptop screen replacement service that could repair her screen ASAP. Like many of our customers, Jenny turned to the Internet and began searching. She looked up such terms as: “computer repair service,” “laptop screen repair,” “LCD replacement,” “laptop computer screen repair,” and “laptop screen replacement service.” Fortunately, after several unsuccessful searches she decided to include “Los Angeles” and “Macbook LCD” into her search. Sure enough, we popped up.
She took several minutes to familiarize herself with our computer repair service. She was happy to learn that we offer a cheap and fast way of repairing LCD screens. Before long, she was on the phone speaking with one of our repair team members. We were able to arrange a time and place to meet half way between San Diego and Los Angeles. Later that evening, Jenny was walking away with a fixed Macbook LCD screen at a third of the cost! Not to mention, we were able to get it done for her the same day she called.

Asia called us up last night after breaking the screen on her 13-inch Macbook. She had seen our flyers on Temple’s campus, but didn’t have time to find one since it was 11:45pm when she called. So she Googled “Macbook screen repair Philadelphia” and “Temple Macbook repair”, and we popped up on both searches. We scheduled the repair for today at 11am.
We met up at the laptop lounge of the SAC, and her white Macbook’s LCD screen was replaced in about 30 minutes.

We got a call last week from Akilah in Cheyney, PA. She had broken the screen of her 15-inch 2.16ghz Macbook Pro, and was in desperate need of a screen replacement. She loved that we could come to her, so we scheduled the repair for today in Cheyney.
I met her at the library, but when I arrived Akilah told me that her car had died, and she needed a jump. We agreed to do it after the repair, and 45 minutes later, our cars were hooked up together and she started hers right up.

We got a call last week from Sarah at Adorn Jewelry on 2nd street in Northern Liberties. She was on a flight the previous week and at the last minute, US Airways made her check her bag last minute. She ended up putting her 13-inch Unibody Macbook Pro in the bag, even though she knew that it was probably a bad idea. 3 and a half hours later, she got off the plane, got her bag, went home, and opened her computer to find that the glass was cracked!
Luckily for Sarah (and US Airways), she found an affordable company to replace the glass on her Unibody Macbook Pro…us! We met her at her apartment/shop on 2nd street in Northern Liberties, and she made some awesome custom jewelry while we replaced her glass.
An hour later, and she was back in business. She told us “This is so convenient. There was no way I could have the time to go get this repaired.”
