Yes, we can. Becky, who had ventured down to San Diego from Orange Country, found herself looking at a pretty beat up phone. We got the feeling there were several details left out of this story, but the gist out it was her sister decided to throw her iPhone 3G out the window of their hotel room. As you can see from the picture below, the screen on this iPhone 3G was badly cracked. It was so shattered that it actually inspired us to begin a Hall of Fame from broken iPhone screens. More to come later.
Shortly after calling us, we arranged a time to meet Becky later that afternoon at It’s a Grind in Little Italy, downtown San Diego. We met with several of her friends as we repaired her screen and learned that many of them have friends who have shattered iPhone screens. In just under 25 minutes, we had Becky’s 3G iPhone looking like new. Tell your sister to throw your shoe out of the window instead of your iPhone. Have a great rest of your weekend!

Angela, who just returned to Encinitas after a month-long road trip in which her Macbook Unibody made it through safely, found herself now looking at a shattered glass screen AND a cracked LCD screen. She was not a happy camper and was not looking forward to paying a fortune to get her computer up and running again. Apparently, the damage happened the day returning from her trip when a large, heavy book decided to take a nosedive off a shelf and land directly on the shell of her Macbook Unibody causing both screens to crack.
After a few minutes in shock, Angela put some pressure on the glass screen and realized that she could make out some of her desktop. She decided to look for some Mac screen repair alternatives for the Encinitas area. A few searches that included: Macbook Unibody screen repair, Macbook screen replacement Encinitas, fix LCD screen Encinitas, etc., she stumbled upon our service and gave us a call. We were able to arrange a time to meet with her later that evening at her apartment in downtown Encinitas. The process takes a little longer with both the LCD and glass being broke, but we were able to get the repair done in about an hour. She was delighted with our repair services and was looking forward to getting the pictures from her trip posted so that family members and friends could see.

Andrea was nearing the end of the summer session at the high school she works at. Things were going decently except for a few minor mishaps. It was until she reached the first week in August did things start to go bonkers. Students misbehaving, paperwork not being turned in, and to top it off, this week she closed the screen of her Macbook down on the plug of her battery charger. When she opened her Macbook back up, she saw a large cracked running down the middle of her LCD screen. Her Macbook screen was badly damaged and in need of an LCD replacement.
We’ve done several screen repairs in Culver City over the past year. After a brief conversation we arranged a time to meet Andrea at her apartment in that area of Los Angeles. Within 40 minutes of arriving we had her Macbook screen looking brand new with no huge crack taking up most of her screen. She was delighted with the convenience of our service and also the warranty that we offer that states: If you break your Mac screen again in the next 6 months, we’ll fix it for just $100. Not too shabby. Have a good rest of your summer, Andrea!

Shaine emailed last night, explaining that she has been putting up with a “blue ink” problem on her black 13-inch Macbook. She cracked it about a year ago and was using it because the damage wasn’t that bad. But lately it has gotten a lot worse and one of her friends told her about us. She’s going back to school in a few weeks, and she desperately needs her Macbook to be fixed because she is writing a lot of papers these days. In fact, she just switched her major from Computer Science to Literature, so having a 50% visible screen will definitely not cut it.
We met up at the Starbucks on Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill and a half an hour later her Macbook was back in action. Ready to write papers. Too bad they don’t write themselves…

William called us this morning from South Philly. He dropped his iPhone 3GS last night and shattered the glass. He’s on vacation from his job at Wawa, so saw an opportunity to get it fixed right away. He met us at our local repair facility (my office in my apartment), dropped off his iPhone and went and got lunch. He didn’t have to drop it off, we would have done it in front of him, but he wanted to get lunch!
He came back a half an hour later and his iPhone 3GS was good to go!
