Ashley sent us an email last week about the shattered LCD screen on her white 13-inch Macbook. She is a sophomore at Rowan University, and found us both on MyBiggestComplaint.com and through a Google search of “New Jersey Macbook Repair”. We agreed to meet her at her apartment on Rowan’s campus. However, Ashley didn’t know her address, just a couple buildings nearby.
Luckily, we found her apartment, and 30 minutes later her Macbook was back in working order!

Not too long ago, Shreya made the mistake of falling asleep with her Macbook right next to her. When she woke up in the morning and went to check her email, she found her computer on the floor with a broken screen. She was so annoyed knowing that this mishap was going to cost her a pretty penny. She shared what had happened to her broken laptop with several of her friends. Fortunately, one of them show a sign of ours posted on campus. Soon after she took Shreya to the bulletin board and pointed it out to here. A few minutes later they were on the phone and setting up a time to meet.
Since San Marcos is a bit of a hike from San Diego, we met Shreya at a Starbucks roughly halfway in Rancho Penasquitos. After having a quick look, we were able to get started with repairing her Macbook screen. Within 45 minutes, we were finished. Shreya was delighted by the convenient and fast and affordable repair we offer. Sweet dreams, Shreya. Remember to keep that Macbook on a table instead of your bed.

While doing a search for posts on Twitter about cracked Macbook screens, we saw a tweet by a woman in Long Island who broke her husband’s Unibody Macbook Pro on Valentine’s Day. We @replied her, and her husband gave us a call the next day. Since they live in Long Island, we were going to overnight him a laptop box, have him overnight it back, do the repair, and overnight it back to him. Three-way overnight shipping would be free. This sounded good to John (the husband), but he decided to drive in to Philly for the day with his son and make a day of it.
He drove in today, dropped off his Unibody Macbook Pro, and went to King of Prussia Mall to buy his son a new toy. 2 hours later, we gave him a call and told him that his computer was fixed. He was absolutely thrilled. ‘It looks like it’s fresh from the Apple Store!”

This was the case for Clifton’s Macbook. He awoke one morning to find his Macbook screen broken with no answer as to how it happened. He was not a happy camper. He figured it must have fallen off the bed in the middle of the night and landed hard on the floor.
He was relieved to find our site and our service, especially because we charge so much less than Apple. He picked up the phone, called us and learned that we would be traveling up to the LA area the next day. We decided to meet at the Coffee Bean in Glendale. Once there, our Repair Team Member met with Clifton and observed his damaged computer screen. We were able to repair his Macbook screen in less than 30 minutes and have him on his way. On a side note, although we’re based out of San Diego, we usually travel up to Los Angeles twice a week. Let us know where it is convenient for you to meet and we’ll be there!

Laura, a teacher in the Santee School District, gave us a call the other day and said one of her students returned their classroom-issued Macbook with a shattered screen. The culprit must have been pretty smooth when returning their Macbook that day, as Laura was unable to discover the shattered screen until several days later.
She found our service through several online searches. After a short conversation we arranged a time for us to meet and repair her computer screen within 30 minutes.
